This opportunity would suit an experienced Practice Nurse Lead, Nurse Manager or ANUM ready to take ownership of a fast paced and rewarding environment in their own facility. The Opportunity As the Practice Nurse Manager, you will lead the overall operations of the nursing team while partnering closely with senior clinic leadership to support performance, patient outcomes and continuous improvement initiatives. You will oversee: Nursing leadership, coaching and team development Treatment room operations and clinical standards Chronic disease management programs Rostering and workforce planning Clinical compliance and accreditation support Patient experience and service delivery outcomes Continuous improvement initiatives across the clinic This is a hands on leadership role requiring a balance of clinical credibility, emotional intelligence, operational capability and commercial awareness. What You'll Bring We are seeking someone who naturally leads from the front and creates accountability through support, mentorship and strong communication.
